FAQs

When will my order arrive?

Your order will take 2-5 business days to process. Domestic shipping times run anywhere between 5-10 business days for USA orders and 10-30 business days for international orders. Order processing and shipping times will vary depending on the time of year, what items you purchased, and where you are located.

During busy holiday seasons, you may experience a slight delay in processing and shipping times due to increased orders. To avoid delays, place your order a minimum of two weeks in advance.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your package.

Is your clothing unisex?

Yes, every item on our site is unisex.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to most countries around the world. If you find that we do not ship to your location, reach out to us at info.sillymerch@gmail.com and we'll do our best to accommodate your request!

What is your return & exchange policy?

Click HERE to read our return & exchange policy. Generally, we only accept returns if your item has a product defect, major print defects, or your item has been severely damaged during shipping.

Can I cancel an order?

You may cancel your order as long as it hasn't been sent through production. To do so, please contact us right away at info.sillymerch@gmail.com or by filling out the contact form at the top of this page.

Orders will not be cancelled because you forgot to use a promo code.

Do you do custom designs?

At the moment, we do not offer custom designs.

Do you offer discounts and coupon codes?

Do you accept bulk orders?
